Jorge was gr8 and SOLUTION focused! He had excellent communication skills: he was clear, direct, detailed and timely. This allowed me to comfortably rent from his company over others. And he did what he said he would and the product was as promised. He made the whole experience so easy. And I greatly appreciated that he whenever I had a question or issue raised, (e.g. can I drop car at your place instead of airport), he came up with a solution that was a gr8 service. He had me stop by his place and he had his guy drive us to the airport at no cost. And he communicated in English!!

I'm happy to know that the same professionalism, quality vehicles, and experiences they have given me over the past 10 years still exists at this new location.
I'm a Customer-for-life.

Rented a car from ASML rentals. Jorge and his staff were absolutely 5 star. Would definitely rent again. No hidden fee’s, Jorge was up front with everything so no surprises. They even offer pick up and drop off at no extra charge. If in DR rent from ACE rentals

Best place to rent a car, Jorge and his staff were amazing, they offer pick up and drop off at the airport with no additional charges. No hidden fee’s, would rent again if we return to Sosua DR. I would highly recommend them.

The service was great, they brought the car to the airport, waiting with a sign of my name. However if you plan to drive at night in dominican conditions make sure you ask for a car with good headlights, our had very week one, so added extra challenge to come back from Samana to Cabarete. You cannot go wrong with this company!
